Description
Dentsply Maillefer Largo Peeso Reamers are engine-driven, stainless steel instruments used in endodontics. They are specifically designed for enlarging and preparing the coronal (upper) portion of the root canal, and most commonly for creating post spaces after root canal obturation. These reamers have parallel cutting flutes with a rounded, non-cutting safety tip to guide the instrument and minimize the risk of perforation. They feature a long shank for good reach and are used in a slow-speed latch-type handpiece.
